RCS has no database to track this. RCS was only handed the accounts still active. If you settled your debt in mid 2020 or earlier and didnt get a paid up letter. RCS will not be able to assist you as you are not on their data base. The basically only way is to go and search for an sms that You received Months ago with the settlement offer they offered you. The sms has a telephone nr at the end which is specifically from the debt agency that your specific account was sold to. Call them and give them your i.d number. They will send u a paid up letter within a week. If you cannot find the sms unfortunately there are tons of agencies that edcon sold accounts to. And u will have to call each and every one to find out if they have your account. I dont know if RCS has a list of the collection agencies as they dont have much data from the previous edcon database
