False sellinh

I went to a store in polokwane to lay-by 3 pairs of all stars and 1 pair of adidas sneakers.When me and my husband went to the till to lay-by the lady at the till by the name of Kwena Moetji said they do not allow lay-by on all stars but only on other brands.I had to use my savings in order to pay the sneakers cash which was inconvenient and disappointing on my side.Then i went to their store in seshego inquired about their lay-by on why other brands are excluded and they told me there's no such thing all stars are allowed to be lay-byed.Now i ask myself why the lady in polokwane **** and it means i'm not the only client who was told about that.I will never ever set foot in any of their stores,they are ***** and think only about their sales.
