False promise of winning a voucher
On 14 July 2015 I received a call from TLC representing Edgars, congratulating me for winning a R500 Edgars voucher. The consultant asked me which Edgtars I would like to collect my voucher at. After the phone call I received a confirmation sms saying 'Dear prize winner please collect your R500 voucher at Braamfontein Edgars Active using this reference number *** to redeem your voucher. For any problems, contact Karin ***, Smangele ***, Jabulile ***.' - But when I arrived at Braamfontein Edgars I was told that Edgars made a mistake. The voucher was for Mrs van der Merwe. I believe that I it's unfair for me to receive a call saying I have won when the information is incorrect. Please arrange for me to collect my voucher to be collected at Braamfontein Edgars as promised. Thanks,
