false policies

on the 23 December i went to edgars in cresta to complain about being billed for policies i didn't request for. the store called head office and spoke to Jason a consultant ref no. ***, i told him i never requested nor was i informed about the policies. i requested he cancel all of them immediately and i want a credit for all those months paid. over 1 month later and Im still being billed for the policies and have had no feedback as to how those polices got onto my account. i want answers as to who added them and as per whose consent. <br> i want them cancelled and credited .<br> i want nothing to do with edgars as my mother has warned me about such before
