False itc listing

I had an account with Edgar's and I August I went to Eastgate store to get a settlement quotation because I wasn't working then, the lady who was assisting told me that my account has been handed over to external debt collectors so I need to call them to get the quotation. We called the collectors and the gave a settlement of 4500 which I paid all the following day( the quotation was valid for 5days) since that day I didn't hear from Edgar's or their collectors until early sept telling me that I need to pay the remaining amount, I'm still receiving calls from mbd and in October when I called edgars they said it will only take 21 days for my profile to be updated, November I went to store to check if my balance is on 0 and the person who was helping me told me that it will take another 21days. We are in Dec now and I have checked my credit report and guess what Edgars still says I owe them 1400. I will never allow any of my family member to have an account with Edgar's ever. This is the fourth month since I've settled my account with the discount that I was offered by MBD/Edgar's, Edgar's is not doing its job and I'm paying with my credit profile how nice.BAD EXPERIENCE EVER
