False information

<p>Opened up an account the other day. I was told that all other extras such as life insurance and funeral cover etc is compulsory for the first 3 months and that i could not take it off and only then after i had to come in store to cancel. I called your call centre the othr day just to check my balance due and was told this is not true and it was cancelled straight away. How can people give such false info. This is shocking. I feel conned!</p>
