False information
I was contacted by an edcon employee regarding my overdue account. I told the lady I would settle the account before 29 February 2016. The lady told me that if I settled the account before 29 February I only needed to pay R7334. However when I went to make the payment on 23 February 2016 I was informed that I had to pay R8160. When I contacted the collections department they told me they couldn't help and I need to contact another department. I am constantly being referred to someone else.
