False information

im writting this complaint furious as ever, today been on The line with one of your edcon consutalnts for 19mins who first put a client on hold for 10mins which i find it very pathetic. 23rd may 2015 i bought a samsung tab 4inch at edgars century&was told to take out a cellphone insurance i must go to town i went there and submited my bank statement and id copy. the lady who asisted me told me im covered immediately even if my 1st instalment is not paid. i had battles with my bank in the month of July as some markting company in Durban been deductng R89 from my account everything was reversed. today i cal*** on the line with Thabile who put me on hold for 30 mins again while looking for her TeamLeader as she told me the insurance has lapsed, i explained the situation to her and while writting this email im still on hold30mins. al i wanted is2re-instatement my insurance, i still have the phone,my slips(everything) it is not as if im planning2claim for this phone but want it insured.30mins on the line&she drops my cal pls retrieve this pathetic sevice i just received,1conusultant i spoke2earlier be4 Tabile dropped me with the phone while explainng to her. someone SENIOUR CAL
