False balance & unwanted fees
1. I purchased software at CNA Sandton on account on 06 March 2015 and I returned it unopened to CAN Rosebank on 08 March 2015 for a refund back into my account. To my shock my monthly statement which arrived yesterday only reflects the purchase and not the refund and it leaves e with a false closing statement balance. <br> 2. There is a \Vodacom airtime subscription fee"on my statement which I want removed permanently as I don't even know what it's for. I called RMCS on *** on 11 March to get rid of this & I was promised a call back to confirm cancellation. I have never received a call on either of the 2 numbers that I gave them. Please I need this mysterious fee removed permanently from my account.<br> <br> Please respond to both my queries with action"

Kindly be advised that the credit of the software return, done on the 08/03/2015 is reflecting. This will only reflect on the following month's statement, as the transaction was done after the statement release date which is the 7th of each month. We can also confirm that the airtime subscription was cancelled as per your request.
