False advertising/ unprofessional manger.

Today the 4th of March around 15h10 I went to Sandton city regarding my cellphone insurance I was assisted a lady by the name of Meiterie, I then saw a visual screen advertising a Samsung Galaxy A20 for R2499.00 i asked her if that was the price she said she doesn't know, the pop up came again and I showed her she said OK, as I was holding for the insurance she told me the promo has expired and showed me the small print stating from februaryl -1 March, I told her I had not seen it and will paly the price I saw, she said she will call Simon, after my call she called Simon surprisingly instead of asking him to come to the counter she went to him, they came back together with an arrogant attitude already he then insisted I had i had seen the print I Told him I didnt up until, Meitere told me however I want the phone at the price I'm seeing. I asked why it was still being advertised he couldn't answer instead he said I saw the print, i aasked if he was going to grant the phone at the price I saw her said No and I said Thank you and left, please assist as I'm very disappointed with all those boards showing incorrect information, that is false advertisment at its best. And I still want the phone with the price I saw. I'm awaiting your response soonest. Please kindly train both Simon and Meiterie on customer service, I can't blame Meiterie her manger is unfriendly and rude where would she learn it. I buy at Edagars Sandton City and very disappointed with this service. They could leaend a thing or 2 from Maponya cell phone counter.
