False Advertising, club vouchers

Every year I get a voucher for my birthday in Dec, this year I got nothing so I emailed Edgars and tried calling. I am a VIP club member and have been for over 15 years. The other day, I read my club magazine online, I see that one of the benefits is a birthday voucher as well in store vouchers. I don't receive either. Why didn't I get a birthday voucher in Dec? Why aren't I receiving any in store vouchers as advertised?
