False advertising and misleading information

I walked into my local Edgars store in N1 city Goodwood on 1 March 2016, in the cellphone section I saw a big poster up lots of Telkom mobile deals with one LTE router selling for R999. Spoke to one of the consultants who informed me they never had stock and don't think they ever will. My response was why advertise deals you will never have stock of? A second consultant even tried to assist when I inquired about the Edgars connect stores, the one in Promonade mall was called but after about 5 minutes on the phone with no answer, I told the consultant to rather give me the number and I will call myself, as other customers was waiting to be served and I felt bad keeping the consultant busy. Left the store and went to Jet N1 city and CNA as the poster stated they also stock the deals, found the same big poster but same story NO STOCK. I called CNA Waterfront consultant checked all their branches with NO STOCK everywhere, I tried calling Edgars Tygervalley but they do not answer their phones, the Connect store in Promonade also no stock! I need assistance urgently as none of stores I have visited / called can help me.
