False advertising _A|_ Edgars

On Friday, 23 October 2015 in the Edgars Unbeatable Beauty advert running from 23 October - 15 November 2015, it was advertised that 3 x English Leather 275 ml Deodorant Spray is on special for R89.95<br> <br> Me and my mom went to Edgars, Menlyn on Friday, 23 October at 17:30 for this special offer. I had asked the staff about this special because I couldn't find it in the store and they directed me to the men's section on the 1t floor and to the perfume counters. <br> <br> At the pay point closest to the perfumes, I asked the staff again about this special. A lady (didn't get her name) told me that they don't have stock. I asked her how is it possible that Edgars don't have stock but the special is only running from today ? she told me that she hear what I am saying but that is how it is, shrugged her shoulders and left.<br> <br> I was really upset because I drove all the way to you store just to hear that there is no stock ?<br> <br> It is false advertising because how can you advertise something and then on the same day that the specials are available there is no stock in the shop ?<br> <br> I put it to you that you had no stock in the first place, and just advertise to get bodies in your shop.<br>
