False advertising

My 18 year old daughter went into Claremont Edgars to open an account. There are adverts all over the walls in the branch advertising the 6 month interest free account with R1000 vouchers. After having a consultant fill in a barely legible form she waited almost 3 weeks and had no response. I went in and followed up and she was called on her cell to go into the store to collect her card. The account opened for her was over 12 months at 22% interest. She objected saying she'd requested the advertised 6 month interested free plan and was told by Lee Ann Naidoo at the call centre that she didn't qualify. We asked to speak to a manager and got Barbara Mohale who then told us that since Oct 2014 the 6 month interest free plan was no longer available. It is however clearly advertised all over the walls of the store (I took photos of the signage). I went over to ask one of the new accounts consultants - her name is Mercy - and she said that they had no knowledge of it being discontinued. THIS IS BLATANT FALSE ADVERTISING. PLEASE RESPOND.
