False advertising
I purchased a cellphone at Edgars Pavilion in May 2015. At the time of this purchase , there was a promotion stating that when you purchase the phone you will receive a Nando's voucher. The salesmen that was assisting me told me that they did not have any vouchers and that he will contact me when they receive it. After a few weeks he contacted me, and told me I needed to call the following number - ***, and they will forwarded me the voucher.I have contacted the above mentioned and was told to email my proof of purchase to [Email Removed] which I did. I then called them numerous times to get feedback, which cost me a lot as I was calling from Durban, and every time I called I was told that the lady dealing with it was not in , or in a meeting so now I finally decided to email you'll, as the promotion was at your store. To me it seems as if this was false advertising, as a loyal customer , I am very disappointed at the service I have received.
This information was forwarded to [Email Removed] as well
