False adverti*****t/ incorrect billing

Good day, I went to the jet at Bopedi and as I was paying using my Edgar's account the cashier told me they have a cell c promotion where I will be charged R11 for R50 airtime monthly. I only realized in September that my Edgar's was actually charged R39 instead which I immediately called the edcon customer center to cancel the subscription and have the incorrect charges reversed. I have called/emailed several times to follow up but to date this charges still comes through, please look into this urgently and advise. I have been a good customer for Edgar's and do not deserve this.
