False Adverti*****t!!

Myself and my grandmother went to buy a pair of Kelso Jeans, we also got a promo SMS to say buy 1 get 1 free. Upon coming to the cashier they advised us that there is no promo on a certain pair, I asked then which ones are we supposed to buy? And all they could say was they do not know but one pair is not part of the promo. I then called the manager because nobody was willing to assist us as to which pairs we could take as part of the promo. Then an attendant spoke to my fiance and told him that a manager just needs to authorize the sale. So we went back only to be told again by the manager that certain jeans are part of the promo! I will never buy from Edgar's Canal Walk again. Attitude stinks! They clean their teeth for you that's asking for help. I will also close my account with you as this is not the first time that managers alike with cashiers refuse to help and make it a mission to embarrass me!!
