False accounts

My name is Sibusiso Lucky Dlamini I have a clothing account with Edgar's account no:*** which I had paid off. I then on the 11 January 2020 I decided to go take a cellphone using that account I had a credit of R12000 then the cellphone cost R4999. 90 and a perfume for R1000 and I decided to take cephone insurance for R99, from February 2920 to date I paid R600 to R800 never skipped a month, around September I realized that the account anount was not moving, later on in December 2020 I decided to go to mall of the south Edgar's to enquire about this and I was told I have insurance policies on the account which I am 100%sure I did not open I only took cellphone contract.
