**** promises on vouchers

I have been an Edgars customer for many years. however, i am disgusted by their underhanded tactics. Twice i have received an sms re:vouchers. this month i received a birth voucher I arrived at clearwater mall i was told of all kinds of conditions to redeem the voucher. why give vouchers if one cannot freely use them. i get similar vouchers from other retailers and freely utlise them. case in point i got to utilise my birthday voucher today at the body shop in conjunction with the prevailing special no minimum amount to spent, no stupid conditions attached to it etc. Edgars is definitely going to lose a loyal client while at it they can keep their useless vouchers.
