Failure To Help New Client
Last week Friday, 17/07/2015, I visited Edgars Alberton City to open an edgars account, a lady by the name of Akhona helped me. The application process , filling in details went smoothly, she advised me that I will receive an sms in 15 minutes to notify me if my application had been approved. All fine and well and we waited until 15 minutes became an hour and I went back to see what was going on, she then phoned \head office"and she was advised that they were offline. These things happen so I followed her advice when she told me to come by the following day to find out if everything was sorted. Unfortunately when I got there she had left for the day"
