Failure to assist a Client.

Worst experience ever... after my grandmother being a loyal client for way over 20 year Edgars failed her in her old age... As sick as she was. We tried to close her account because she is old and sick but she was not assisted. We were told she must get to the store, she couldn't because she was sick and in hospital.. I paid all the due amount and went to her to call the cancellation department. They spoke to her smd asked questions she got everything right but Said they couldn't cancel as she owe another R44 or so. An amount i had already paid twice. W had cancelled the magazine and everything else, she was not buying at all but her account would randomly have amount due... I was told to Pay for the last time then email the slip and cancel. I did exactly tgat but a month Later she was called because she owes R110.. I am disappointed and heartbroken to say the list. Edgars is a **** and i have never been there after. I hope i never need to go there again What they showed my granny is heartbreaking.
