Failing to update EFT payment on account

I have been paying my Edgars account instalments via EFT from my FNB account since the beginning of this year without any experiencing any issues. Three days ago, I made an EFT payment but this recent payment is not reflecting on my Edgars account. I called the accounts department ********** on two seperate occasions and spoke to Nhlanhla (27/09/16- Ref No. ********** 52) and Themba (29/09/16 at 08h05), respectively. I also emailed proof of payment to ********** (28/09/16). No feedback is forthcoming from the accounts department regarding this matter. In the meantime, I was told to wait until someone from the relevant department contacts me. This is quite frustrating since no one is giving me an acceptable time frame for resolving this issue. I also cannot have the payment reversed because FNB does not initiate reversals on company accounts, including Edgars. My concern is that late charges will be added to my account and I might be penalised for short paying the instalment even though payment was made early...If no action is forthcoming from Edgars by the end of this week, then my only recourse is to contact my legal advisor to expedite this matter on my behalf. Edgars customer service is becoming increasingly problematic and I will soon close this account once it is paid up.

I contacted the accounts department again and I spoke to Veronica Mamogobo about 2hrs after speaking to Themba earlier today (29/09/16) . Ms. Mamogobo provided me with an alternative e-mail address: ********** and I have already sent the EFT payment notification directly to Mr. Ndlovu. I am currently waiting for a response.

I received a generic reply from Leone Manneson, the Customer Services administrator in Durban requiring a proof of payment that reflects bank account paid to, bank account paid from, date paid, amount paid and reference used....it seems they do not really bother to make the effort of actually checking attachments because this information is already there and it pretty much standard on all payment notifications....I am just getting the run around here and I have lodged a complaint with the Consumer Ombudsman for Goods and Services....
