Failed to deliver as promised
I have been calling this number *** from Friday 05.07.2019 spoke to Mpumi requesting a settlement letter which she advised she will didn't send .I called again this morning spoke 08.07.2019 spoke to Victoria who also assured me that she will email it within 15 min, I still haven't received the letter and its almost end of the day. Can somebody assist as I would like to settle my account
