Failed to deliver

On the 30th of December I bought airtime from Edgar ota for the amount of 60 rands and they never sent me a voucher and I was billed for it and on the 31st of December I bought another airtime for the amount of 60 rands and they never sent the voucher again and they billed me with the charges, I tried calling them but they keep giving different number of department to call, already I have spend over 200 rands on air time calling them
