Extremely Very Bad Service, Battling to close a ********** edgars account

I'm writing regarding my ****** my id book and someone opened an account with edcon then when I found out about that I tried to report a ***** case with edcon and the account was closed, but recently I went to check at another shop in tembisa only to find out that the account has been re-instated, and it is affecting my credit score because the account is defaulted, so I need professional advice and what steps should be taken.
