Extremely unsatisfied

I am so unhappy. I bought a phone. Returned it after 5 days because the screen was making lines. They assured me upon purchase i have 7 days guarantee. Now they want to aend it away and what what instead of just swapping the faulty device. One cannot be without a phone. Guarantee my ass! Now i have to pay for a year for a dwvice that has lines on the screen!
