Extremely bad service

I went to edgars in Brooklyn in January this year and bought my daughter a shoe for R219.90 the gentlemen said that the transaction did not go through and took it again on my card. I went one week later and told them that it had been charged and showed them my bank statement they promised to refund me within 5 days and now its been 6 months and anything I called and spoke to Aubrey and he said it will be refunded and up till today nothing.<br> <br> I want my money back now!!!
