Extra charges

I have been into your edgars galleria branch numerous times in April 2021 in the aim to cancel the mobile vault charges that were put on to my account with out my consent. This amount was being charged to me from January 2021 . After speaking to the consultant Tamara I shortly received an sms for the cancellation reference number EDCP-***.and also requested a refund in which that reference number is EDRF-***. In my latest statement those charges still appear in my statement. Going into the branch yet again now speaking to a different consultant by the name of Godfree now tells me that it can only be canceled after six months. This is ********* and totally unacceptable service from Edgars .Can anyone please assist me in resolving this issue.
