Explanation for Active account
I have closed my account with Edgars earlier this year around March after paying off my cellphone insurance I asked them to close it and they said it is closed. When I keep checking my credit records it says my Edgars account is still active and I owe them. How is this possible that it's still active and running? I need answers from head office
