expired gift card from edgars

<p>I have an expired gift card with lots of money on it , i find it unacceptable that the edgars/edcon group dont want to resoslve this issue, was told by the store manager and head office call center after waiting 20min that they cant do anything. umm like seriously take the amount and put in on a new card... the card is expired yet they are able to see how much is still on the card how does that work,surely you should be able to then transfer that amount then. Am disgusted with this service and wont be stopping at just this bad review</p>
