Expensive Watch Cheap Service

<p>My mother bought me a watch for my birthday in November 2015 and a month after that it just stopped working. She took it back to Loch Logan Edgars and the lady there told it it cannot be exchanged and it had to go in for repairs. I then received the watched and everything seemd to be working fine until the 03 of September when I realised that the digits are starting to get loose from the face and went into the arms changing the time. I then took it to Edgars Walmer Park as I relocated to Port Elizabeth and they were very helpfull...or so I thought.. I gave it in the Saturday and only received feedback the Next Monday (More Than a week later) and they told me that they are going to repair it again. This is the second time that this watch is being repaired and I am not happy because this watch is obviously a faulty unit that will give me more issues and as soon as it is out of warranty. I made it clear to the sales lady I want a working watch and I am not happy with the dudd they keep on wanting to repair. I am not happy this watched should have been replaced not repaired.</p>
