Expensive 15 minutes and dismal customer service

I bought a fragrance from Edgars Baywest Mall in Port Elizabeth "Issey Miyake - Pulse of the night", I specifically bought an EDP for the sole reason that I prefer longevity and reasonable sillage and projection. When I wear the fragrance it gives no sillage and no projection, it also does not last past the first hour. I paid R1500 for the perfume (EDP- Should have Sillage and Projection) and edgars management has come back to say to me that they can't refund or exchange the fragrance for me because I came into the shop and I loved the smell when I tested the fragrance, however the in store test does not provide an evaluation for sillage and longevity. The consultant who assisted me is Mae and her manager who refuses to exchange or refund me is Conrad.
