Expected Better Service

My Wife purchased CAT shoes from Edgars on Saturday, 15 August 2015, as a gift.<br> <br> I tried on the shoes on Sunday afternoon and left the house. I was not gone for 10 minutes and returned home to take off the shoes as they did not fit properly.<br> <br> I went to the nearest Edgars which was Festival mall. to try and exchange the shoes and unfortunately they did not have my size.<br> <br> I was willing to settle for a Voucher for the amount spent and when the senior arrived, herself and the manager decided that the shoes were not clean enough according to them and rejected my request to return the shoes.<br> <br> I honestly feel that this was very inconsiderate, taking in account the time I had the shoes and also the amount my wife spent to purchase the shoes for me.<br> <br> I will rather deal with the East Rand Mall Edgars, as I have never come across any issue like this when dealing with them.<br> <br> I have had issue like this with Edgars Festival before and will not make use of their services or make any purchase there again.<br> <br>
