Exellent Service Merishka

After getting the most terrible service from nearly all the Jet stores in Pietermaritzburg we ended up at Edgars Liberty Midlands Mall in Pietermaritzburg there we met a young friendly energetic lady called Merishka(I hope I have her name right) she gave us great service with a smile and went out of her way to assist us. We just wish more people who worked in Customer Service are like her it was refreshing after the pathetic services from Jet it was also sad that someone at Edgars was helping us with an issue caused by Jet Merishka went out of her way to assist us Exellent service if I could we would clone you send you to Jet you could teach them a thing or two aboutt customer services they need it
