Exchanging goods
On 25 March 2016, I got some goods as a birthday present,(my birthday however was in February already, had a joint birthday party, with 2 friends) from a friend, tags on all the stuff was left on because the shop assistant said it , just in case I didn't like or need it. Unfortunately it was a set of towels and a oncey....which I would never wear in this lifetime, nor the next and towels I have an abundance of, so much so, that I have given away a bunch, just trying to make space for those I already have. On the first chance I had, I spoke to a shop assistant at Pretoria branch and was told, sorry no returns/exchanges without a purchase slip. I then tried turning to your FB page and even mentioned where it was bought, as well as the fact that it was on her credit card,giving her name and surname, still the same response. I have never encountered being giving a cash slip, with a birthday gift, so very disturbing to say the least. Now I am stuck with R980,00 goods, which I have no use for and not an exchange for something I would prefer. What now?

Kindly note as stated in our refund and exchange policy a valid proof of purchase (till slip or gift receipt) is needed when refunding or exchanging any item. When purchasing a gift you will need to inform the cashiers this item is a gift and you will received a gift receipt( no price included) to give to the person you have purchased a the gift for.
