Exchange of Jean
Am coming from Edgars and i met Kgotso, this is what the story? i bought a levis jean from Edgars Bara, however, because am working from Randburg it was late for me to exchange because it is bigger in size.<br> <br> I lost the price but i have slips confirming the purchase, Kgotso he first told me Levis 501 and 527 are not the same which is something untrue because we checked and the prices were the same.<br> <br> the one i bought is 527 yet i was looking 501 but it does not have a price teck. I have never wear this jean i bought it on 23/06/2015 and now you guys are telling me to go and look for price are you serious????? This guy referred me to my terms and conditions at the back of slip. I dont care about T's and C's I want to exchange this jean, am paying my account everymonth and you dont consider changing the jean without price teck. IS THIS BECAUSE AM BLACK IN COLOUR???

We only refund or exchange provided that there is a proof of purchase, the item is in its original packing and unworn. It was confirmed that the jean is not in its original condition thus the store couldn't assist you. As per our agreement, an arrangement will be made with Bara Mall
