I had a Baby shower and now I have a few double Items and winter items that I wanted to exchange. Monday 31 august I got to the Alberton branch to exchange the goods and what the lady told me was \Mam we are going to fight "I asked why? She told me I need the receipt! I explained that I got it at a baby shower and I don know who bought it or even who to ask for a receipt.....<br> <br> This poor lady looked at me and said I understand but it's company policy.... I asked but at a baby shower everybody does not know who bought what.... she said I know it but they\"" don't. <br> <br> Now I am sitting with clothes and stuff I can even use....<br> <br> I would like somebody from Edgars to contact me and explain what they want me to do with the gifts I got to use for my new born but unfortunately due to there no receipt policy I won't be able to exchange the goods for stuff I can use<br> <br> It's really SAD.<br> <br> I will not support Edcon anymore"""
