My partner bought me a Birthday present from Edgards Springs Town. The pants he bought is to small for me and therefore I had to go and exchange it. They told me that they can not exchange without a slip. Really so I need to sit with a pair of pants that I will never be able to wear. They took my partners money but is not willing to exchange my pants!! So no one can buy you a birthday present from Edgards without giving you the slip, that to me is rude- I dont want my friends to see how much I have spent on gifts for them on birthdays or Christmas. Edgards Springs will never see me again. I always have problems with Edgards Springs. Problems with exchanging, don't have the same stock as the other stores and the worst is that they don't have enough staff working on weekends. Why can't they be like Woollies they exchanged my stuff without a slip no problem.
