Excess fee
Its 11 months without a phone and you guys till this day are playing the blame game between you and Finrite. I do not want to deal with any of your useless staff at Vangate mall as they have been making empty promises since Dec last year Someone with authority must intervene before we go the legal route. No one is taking accountability for an internal matter now I must suffer because of your incompetency

She's been making promises but just keeps on saying the same thing "Edgar's has to help" what manager is she that she can't make certain calls/authority.
When you contact me again. Please make sure it is someone with authority not anyone less I need this sorted ASAP before we take another route
