Exceptional Service by Brits Edgars Staff

Walked into the Brits Mall store late on Sunday as they were to close at 14:00 and needed emergency clothes for my wife who was admitted at hospital. Confused with the type of clothes that would be suitable for the admission, I was kindly assisted by Queen Masilela in selecting the correct attire and even went to the tills that were not manned by the other staff and she assisted me with the payments. Queen really made my shopping experience a simple and memorable one. Edgars deserves such staff who goes beyond the call of duty to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
