Exceptional service
I am still stunned by the service received from Karen from Red Square in Ballito Lifestyle center. I walked into that shop with only one thing in mind to compare prices. The moment I stepped into that shop Karen welcomed us with a smile and offered to assist. I have been to a competitors shop before going to red square and all I wanted to check was who was the cheapest. I don't own any clothing account and therefore I feel that I have the freedom to shop anywhere I like. I love my make up but I must be honest, I am not all clued up with all that. Karen went out of her way to even explain the products that will best suite my oily skin. <br> I will be honest in saying Red Square Ballito have gained a loyal customer. I opted to buy a product that was a bid more expensive that the other shop. All I can say is I do not regret spending extra cash because I also bought my service received from a lovely Karen. If this ever reaches the management of EDCON please note that you have an asset in Karen and have gained a lifetime customer. I've always been in the service industry and I know we often complain and hardly ever give complements. I hope this will reach Karen and her managers.<br> Thanks:)
