Exceptional Service
Good day,<br> <br> On the 02/03/15, I went to Red Square in Richards Bay, to pay off my account. I was greeted by Mickey with a smile who acknowledge me. She congratulated me, on the offer to increase my account. I was sceptical to increase my limit, she talked me through it, I eventually accepted. I had an interest in colognes I was viewing and came to me and asked me which colognes I prefered, she explained the different scent, and I tried one of the cologne she has explained to me. Today 3/3/15 I went back to the shop and made a purchase of the cologne, I would like to commend her service, please consider her for futuer promotions as she would make a great leader.
