Excellent services - went above and beyond!

I had the pleasure dealing with a lady from customer care services - Sibongile Khumalo. I cannot express how delighted I was with her assistance. I am getting married in April next year and we bought the suits from Edgars, however by the time we bought the groomsmen pants most of the stores were sold out. Edgars, Mall of the South assisted us with finding stores that had the sizes available for my father and 2 of the groomsmen. We could not find a store that sold the size of the other groomsmen. I contacted customer care services to hear if there is anything they can do to assist me. They informed me that the pants is not made in the size that I wanted that's why no store had that size available. But they said they will contact the supplier and see if they can come up with a plan for me. After 3 weeks I was contacted, they made a pants in the size I requested. For all of their efforts to assist, I would never be able to thank them enough. I wish I could give them a higher rating.
