Excellent service from Edgars Store in Springs mall
Sihle Zama from Edgards in Springs Mall offered me an excellent service yesterday. I shopped for a shoe online and there was only 1 pair left and did not know which store it was at. I called Menlyn Mall as I reside in Pretoria and they told me that the shoe is at Springs Mall. I called Springs Mall and Sihle Zama confirmed availability of the shoe. To avoid having me drive 80.9km / 1 hour 7 minutes for a shoe that I needed within 2 days, Sihle ensured that it was delivered in Pretoria within 24 hours, for a delivery that ought to have taken 4 days due to the public holiday. Mr Sihle Zama, thank you for the great service, I really appreciate your customer service. You deserve a 13th cheque and a promotion :-). You are an example to retail employees and their Managers.
