Excellent service by 3 people

I have been an Edgars client for 30 years. The past 2 years have been hell!! It has taken 2 yeras to get my account Fica'd and on the day in question I was ready to close the account<br> <br> I went into the store and was helped by a lady called Tovhowani, competent friendly and so helpful. She took documents and got it sorted. A week later I purchased on my card- it worked- a week later I returned goods, I needed to Fica again!!<br> <br> Went back to cradlestone Mall and was then helped by Keitumetse- friendly and very helpful. Eventually due to Call centre inefficiency the manager Phillia was called. She was professional, assertive and a warm lady.<br> <br> Congratulations Edgars on these 3 employees they deserve recognition in an industry where bad service is always reported on.<br> <br> Come on Call centre and Head office dont give Edgars a bad name- follow the exemple set by these 3 ladies. Thank you from the bottom oif my heart for restoring my faith in service excellence.
