excellent service and going the extra mile
i would like to comment on the excellent feedback and service got from Luigi the manager at Blue Route mall regarding my cell phone that i took back for repairs and due to miscommunication from their disorientated cellphone counter staff i waited for nearly 2 months but after Luigi took over my case he speeded the process and gave feedback through out,i wish you had more service orientated staff like him it would make a shopping experience much mor pleasanted
