Excellent Service!!

We are quick to complain whenever we get bad experiences but i would like to take sometime to appreciate someone who knows the real meaning of customer service. There's a lady by the name of TK who works at Edgars in Eastgate she sells Bobbi Brown products. I went in a few months ago looking for new foundation as the product i was using wasn't the right one for my face. TK was so friendly, she listened at my needs and finally sold the product as if she was the maker of Bobbi Brown. I went back again to buy the powder on Friday and she remembered exactly what we had spoken about and and made me even buy more than what i needed. I live in Benoni but I don't mind driving all the way to Eastgate because of the beautiful lady and has excellent customer service. This lady knows what she is doing and loves working with people.
