To all the senior Mgrs @ Edgars<br> <br> Went into your store 3 weeks ago to purchase a tablet, firstly your floorcover was non-existent.... <br> A young man Christo Oliver was attending to customers in 5 departments. Ater all his running around he wanted to pay for my purchase only to find that your store was offline. He assured my that he would keep the item, I returned a few hours later, to find Christo still assisting numerous customers as his colleague did not arrive for work. Edgars not my favourite place regarding service and staff availability. <br> One needs to compliment where it is due.<br> <br> So Christo Oliver, you just saved Edgars their customers... tenfold. Keep up the good work.<br> And to management, please promote and train this young man, he has management potential.
