Excellent Service

<p>I went to Edgars at The Grove mall, Pretoria and Thando Magagula went out of her way to give me a bigger plastic bag for my purchase. She went the extra mile for great customer service. The cashier next to viewed her action as a waste of time because she had to go away from her till to get the bigger bag but Thando did not have a problem because she knows that the customer is important in the business. This seems like a small issue but it goes a long way in excellent customer service. Thank you Thando Magagula.</p>
