Excellent customers service!

I would like to commend the excellent customer's service of one of you employees. His name is Bohlokwa Ketso at Canal Walk Cape Town Edgars branch. I was in the store at Christmas time and he assisted me with the purchase of gifts for my husband. His service then was memorable because you rarely find service in stores where store assistance gives it their all, he even personally wrapped my gifts for me. Today I went back to the store and it just so happened that he was there again and yet again assisted me with the same enthusiasm and guidance leaving me a very happy customer. My husband will love his gifts. This guy is a valuable asset to your business and deserves all the bells and whistles! I know its probably an expected response but the first thought that came to mind was "give that man a raise!"
